HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE PRICING?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and item. The cost is displayed when you add the item to the cart.

WHY DIDN’T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

We ship your orders from various warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centres in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We are currently shipping to the US, Canada, Europe and Australia.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you the tracking to your email. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information may be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?

Your shipment may be delayed. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PROVIDED A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you accidentally provided us with an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately using the contact button on this page. We will fix the order if the item has not been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it is too late to make any changes. You have to wait until the item is returned to us, then we can ship it to you. Please note there will be a shipping fee to re-ship it to the correct address.

TRACKING SHOWS "RETURNED TO SENDER", WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The most common reason for this is that make your shipment has been returned to us because the address you provided is incorrect or insufficient.

If your shipping address was not correct, we are not able to take any responsibility since we shipped it out to the address that you provided us and it is not the mistake from our end. Please note there will be a shipping fee to re-ship it to the correct address.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?

We always try to bring the best quality product to customers and we always inspect each product prior to shipping. However in rare cases damage may occur during shipping.  

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us using the contact button on this page. Be sure to include complete details and don't forget to attach photos/videos of the problem.

We can then send you a replacement, or you return our product to get a full refund or you can keep the product and we refund you 50%.

WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM?

You will need to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the un-damaged item, we will then issue a refund back to you using the same method you used for purchase.
